Apples and pork are such a classic combo that you really can’t go wrong with. Add in some cinnamon and simmer them in apple cider and you’ve got yourself these amazing One Pan Pork Chops with Apples and Cinnamon.
For our second recipe for Apple Week I am bringing you something savory to cook for these Fall nights.
This one is a classic with bone in pork chops, because they have more flavor, sweet apples, the same ones I used in these Apple Cinnamon scones, some onions and cinnamon.
But First can we talk about the most gorgeous pan I now own?! This Swiss Diamond 6.3QT Shallow Casserole. Not only is it stunning but it retains it’s heat so well I vow to never take it off my stove
I have found my new obsession in Swiss Diamond. The blue color is gorgeous, it’s large enough to fit 4 bone in pork chops and it heats beautifully.
AND lucky for you Swiss Diamond is giving away a 10 piece Kitchen Kit, which includes their new pans, so don’t forget to enter the giveaway down below.
Back to these One Pan Pork Chops with Apples and Cinnamon. They’re super simple to make and were a huge hit with the family.
My kids love apples and pork so it was an easy win for me.
I paired them with green beans and some mashed potatoes to round out the meal. Well actually they aren’t mashed potatoes, they’re a veggie mash made with cauliflower.
These One Pan Pork Chops with Apples and Cinnamon come together in under 30 minutes and are perfect for a Fall night!
