There’s a first for everything and today was the first time I made eggnog, at home.
BOOM! The holidays are complete.
This is a FANTASTIC cocktail to serve Christmas Eve, Christmas Morning, the day after, I don’t care, just make it this holiday season.
The Chocolate Peppermint Eggnog Cocktail.
I have a love/hate relationship with candy canes.
I go out of my way not to buy the cheap store brand kind because they always break but when I buy the more expensive ones, I cannot get the wrappers off of them.
It took me less time to make this Chocolate Peppermint Eggnog Cocktail than it did to open 3 candy canes.
I’m obsessed with my Vitamix E310 Explorian Series Blender, so if you’ve got someone on your list who could use a blender, may I highly recommend this one?!
I’ve got a few attachments for it and the last one I received is the Vitamix Aer Disc Container.
With the Aer Disc container you can you make your own whipped cream, muddle a delicious mojito, foam this Chocolate Peppermint Eggnog Cocktail and emulsify a dressing and hollandaise. It does everything!
There is also a recipe for a delicious hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream if you head to the Vitamix Website.
This Chocolate Peppermint Eggnog Cocktail is all your holiday dreams mashed up into one festive cocktail.
