Treat your dog to fabulous Birthday Celebrations with Milo’s Kitchen. Nothing says “I love you” more than delicious, all natural, 100% meat dog treats and a few fun new toys too!
I didn’t grow up with a dog, but I always knew when I got a place of my own, I would have one. I love dogs!
My first dog was a Yorkshire Terrier, the dog I always dreamed of having. His name was Parker and we got him when he was 8 weeks and only 2 lbs. He was my baby so when I lost him to kidney disease, when he was only 5, I was crushed.
I always spoiled Parker. There use to be a small dog treat store in the mall that sold cookies with icing that said “Happy Birthday” and I would always get one for him. But when Parker was gone, I forgot all about that place and it eventually closed.
I’d also go to the store and buy him a brand new stuffed toy and a few chew bones, as around here birthdays are SUPER special. I mean who doesn’t love their birthday?
6 months past and my husband and I had tossed around the idea of getting a new dog. On one hand, I wasn’t ready as my son was now only 10 months old and I wasn’t sure I was ready for a puppy to take care of as well.
One day, we headed into the shelter, right when it opened as my husband had shown me a photo of a dog the night before that he thought was, “too cute” (don’t tell him I said that! So we showed up right when it opened and asked to see “Dudley” We sat in a room and waited for them to bring him in and I will never forget the look on my husband’s face when he came pouncing in there. That day we welcomed a new member to the family and I’m so happy we did. ?
I can’t imagine my life with Dudley. This week we celebrated Dudley turning 7! We adopted him when he was 6 months old so he’s been with us for 6.5 years now and has shown us unconditional love ever since.
Since the dog treat kiosk is no longer in the mall, I’ve adopted Birthday Celebrations with Milo’s Kitchen home-style dog treats.
I always want what’s best for Dudley and his health as I want him around as long as possible and that’s why I love Milo’s Kitchen Home-Style dog treats.
They’re made with 100% real chicken, beef, duck or sweet potato as the #1 ingredient. Milo’s Kitchen home-style dog treats are made totally free of artificial flavors or colors and made right here in the USA, so I feel good about what I’m giving him. To say he LOVES them is an understatement!
If you’ve ever met Dudley, you know he’ll play from sun up until sun down. So on the day of his birthday, my son, daughter and I headed to Meijer to buy him some new toys and to pick up a few Milo’s Kitchen home-style dog treats we hadn’t given him before. My son immediately picked out the chicken meatballs and my daughter pronounced “Dudley loves steak” so in went the Milo’s Kitchen Steak Grillers too!
We also grabbed him an adorable new raccoon toy and a few chew bones, a party hat and some party blowers for the kids.
Milo’s Kitchen Home-Style dog treats are mouth-watering treats inspired by the snacks we make in our own kitchens, but made just for them. So you can finally share the best room of the house with your dog. We never share table scraps with Dudley, so this makes me feel less guilty when he’s begging. I just reach in the bag and grab him a meatball and he’s happy!
Do you have fur babies in your life? What do you do for special occasions with them?
Dudley love his new treats so I hope you consider Birthday Celebrations with Milo’s Kitchen home-style dog treats.
Be sure take advantage of this mPerks offer of 30% off Milo’s Kitchen home-style dog treats now through 10/7 (while supplies last) before you head into Meijer today so you can “spoil” your dogs too!??
