WHAT JUICE CAN I USE FOR AN ALCOHOLIC PARTY PUNCH?
When making large batch party punches, I prefer to use a light or diet juice. One that doesn’t contain a ton of sugar.
For this Blood Orange Party Punch I used Diet CranApple juice, which contains 1 gram of sugar.
Since champagne and wine both contain sugar, I try to control any extra amount I’d be putting in.
Feel free to use any type of juice you’d like.
HOW TO MAKE NONALCOHOLIC PARTY PUNCH
Yes, you can make this blood orange party punch without alcohol.
Just sub both the wine and the champagne with your favorite juices, that would go well with the fruit within the pitcher, and it’ll turn out great!
Be sure to use pop, like Sprite or Ginger Ale, for the bubbles!
TIPS FOR MAKING PARTY PUNCH
Be sure to pour the champagne into the pitcher right before serving.
If you pour the champagne in too early, the bubbles will subside.
Add the juice.
When serving the punch, allow guests to add ice directly to their glasses. Place ice into the pitcher will dilute the punch.
CAN I MAKE PARTY PUNCH IN ADVANCE?
Yes, however make sure you don’t make it too far in advance.
It’s best to make party punch the night before or the morning of.
Pears and apples will oxidize, or turn brown, so it’s best to make them within a day of serving
HOW LONG WILL THE PARTY PUNCH LAST?
Party punch is best when served within 1 day of making.
