Anyone else having anxiety that it’s almost July? I mean, I get it, summer is crazy but can we slow down a bit here.
I, for one, love summer and everything it entails. Yes, even the back and forth to day camp 4 times a week and endless practices and games. But spending the days with my kids, making memories in the hot summer sun, is something I look forward to all year long.
What I don’t look forward to, is standing over a hot stove cooking a meal and not knowing whether my family will like it.
Here are a few ideas of easy dinner ideas for when it’s hot outside and you can’t even think about cooking.
In the summer, I don’t stress about mealtime. Here are some ideas
Pizza- I stock a few Red Baron Pizzas, in a variety of flavors, in the freezer, so I can pop one in any time we’re running short on time and I can’t think of what to make for dinner. It’s my number one Solution to Summer Chaos.
In our family, pizza is a favorite. I’m a total cheese girl, the boys are meat trio lovers and for my daughter, she loves pepperoni.
That’s why I’m so happy Red Baron offers something for all of us.
Salads- As a family, we love salads. I’ll cook up chicken breasts in the beginning of the week and we’ll add them to our salads. Or lately, we’ve been big fans of taco salads.
