With only 4 ingredients and the same amazing taste and tang you love from the classic pie, this Key Lime Pie Dip will send you straight into summertime bliss!
If you’re a fan of lime, try these Blackberry Lime Buttercream Puffs
I’m taking you on a trip today down to the Florida Keys. Why? Because I wish I was there right now and while eating this Key Lime Pie Dip I’m pretending that’s exactly where I am.
I’m a beach girl. When I’m close to the beach and the water, I’m a happy girl. I like to blame it on my zodiac sign being Aquarius (the water sign) but any excuse to get me there works for me.
While I’ve never actually been to The Keys before, I’m longing to go and have some authentic key lime pie. I absolutely love it and I know it’s probably better down there.
In addition to being a beach girl, I’m a lime girl or should I say citrus (minus orange, no thanks!) Moscow Mules are my favorite cocktail of choice, I love my guacamole with an extra squeeze of lime juice and if I had to pick a Skittle, right after I ate a red one, I’d pick a green one.
Many years ago I made these no bake mini key lime pie cheesecakes, when Oreo came out with the Key Lime Pie Oreos. They were delicious and long gone, unless you can find them on Ebay which means they are probably expired. I also made truffles with those Oreos which never made it to the blog. Now I’m wishing I had a freezer stash of Key Lime Pie Oreos luckily I have this Key Lime Pie Dip.
Did I mention this Key Lime Pie Dip is only 4 ingredients and no bake?
That’s right and with the big game coming up, I figured it was a great time to have a dessert dip. Most people are thinking chilis, dips, wings and fried things galore but I like to hit the dessert table.
Key Lime Pie Dip is worthy of your Super Bowl spread. It’s easy, delicious and with a variety of dippables no one will be able to resist a bite…or two!
