Into a rocks glass, or a 12–16 fl oz glass, till with ice.
Then add 2 ounces vodka, 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur, 1/2 teaspoon butter extract and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon extract. Stir to combine.
Pour in 4 ounces oat milk, stir, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.

What is oat milk?

Oat Milk is real oats ground up with water added, and strained, to leave behind a creamy, dairy free alternative to milk. It’s delicious in cereal, smoothies and coffee.

Can I use cream?

Yes, you can use cream but I highly recommend using the oat milk which gives the white Russian an oat taste like an oatmeal cookie.

What can I substitute the cinnamon extract for?

Instead of using cinnamon extract, you could use a cinnamon liqueur to taste. I would recommend starting with .5-1 oz.
