Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

Delicious peanut butter and jelly cups are swirled with strawberry fruit spread and topped with crunchy peanuts for the perfect snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter,
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup Smucker's® Fruit Spread, I used strawberry
- 2-3 tablespoons warm water
- Chopped peanut
- Crushed freeze dried fruit, optional
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, melt peanut butter and coconut oil together and stir.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin tin liner.
- In another medium size bowl, add Fruit Spread and water, just until thinned out a little bit.*I used all 3 tablespoons
- Dollop on top of peanut butter and swirl to combine.
- Top with crushed peanuts and freeze dried fruit, if desired.
- Place into freezer and chill 2-3 hours.
