I happen to love peppermint, so when the holiday season rolls around, it’s peppermint flavored everything around here.
Bonus points if the recipe comes together quickly and these peppermint blondies couldn’t be easier to make.
You mix everything into a pot, pour into a pan, bake and cut. Boom, done!

It makes these blondies texture soft and chewy, which is exactly how you want a blondie to be!
What ingredients do I need to make this blondie recipe?
- white chocolate melting wafers
- unsalted butter
- granulated sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- peppermint extract
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
- white chocolate chips
For topping:
- semi sweet chocolate chips
- crushed candy canes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan and set aside.
Into a double boiler or in a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate wafers. Remove from heat and add in butter and stir until melted and smooth.
Whisk in sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla and peppermint extract.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Immediately sprinkle the top with semi sweet chocolate chips and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and allow to completely set before cutting into squares.
