A toasted baguette, spread with Kaukauna® Port Wine Cheese Ball, topped with roast beef, horseradish cream and arugula make for a delicious Roast Beef crostini that’s a crowd pleasing appetizer ready in no time!
Bring on the appetizers!
Tis the season for all things entertaining and I just love every bit of it!
I can honestly say, when it comes to appetizers, one of my fondest memories is of a Kaukauna® Cheese Ball.
My mother would buy a Kaukauna® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Ball for every holiday. It was the center of the table and included a variety of crackers and meats for spreading.
Therefore, I wouldn’t ever think of hosting a holiday or a gathering without including a Kaukauna® cheese ball.
Kaukauna® is 100 years young this year and one taste and it’s a no wonder they’re everyone’s favorite cold-pack cheese.
With the holiday season comes lots of entertaining and we do plenty of it. From October until January, we host no less than 4 parties at our home.
Therefore, lots of different appetizers and foods are being served and it’s my job to keep them creative and delicious.
Take for instance this roast beef crostini. Instant hit! It’s SUPER simple, delicious and bursting with flavor.
The creamy, sharp Kaukauna® Port Wine cheese ball pairs beautifully with the roast beef, spicy horseradish and peppery arugula.
It’s the tastiest, 10 minute appetizer you’ll ever make.
This Roast Beef Crostini is packed with flavor and the easiest, tastiest appetizer you’ll ever make!
